Originally a modest guesthouse, then a vacation center for the Ministry of Defense, it is now a 5-star hotel owned by H8 Collection. Natalia Megret has transformed it with modern decor, featuring a simple yet elegant lobby with cement tile flooring, a pristine counter, and a Vertigo chandelier. The bar, long and styled in blues and whites with rattan and wood, exudes a nautical charm. The 33 rooms, predominantly white, feature light oak flooring and minimalistic decor. The restaurant offers chic but relaxed dining with ocean views from high windows or the lovely terrace. Chef Nicolas Le Luyer pays tribute to his Guingamp roots with local seafood and products. Lunch includes Trégor oysters and Maison Bordier cheeses, while dinner features a more gourmet menu with occasional Asian flavors.
