To celebrate this #hampassion and unveil all its appealing assets to Parisian gourmets, a very tasty truck has just rolled up in front of the MK2 Bibliothèque François Mitterrand.
On the programme: a real gourmet happening to showcase all the know-how hidden behind this incredible product that matures up to 4, 5 and sometimes 7 years.
O, board: master-cutlers from Spain, who have come to share the art of cutting, on a piece of meat sculpted like a work of art that showcases the savours of ham, in line with the great sushi masters of Japan...
Then comes the free and well-deserved tasting sessions for all the curious gals delighted to be able to test new foodie adventures. We are warning you: trying it, is adopting it!
