GILI’S is a brand of beachwear for men and kids, created in 2014 by a loving couple : Clarisse, passionate with fashion (former head product at A.P.C) and Aymeric (a clever entrepreneur) who during their honeymoon in Bali and on the Gili Islands decided to launch their elegant bathing suit brand with colourful prints like the “azulejos” inspired from Portuguese tiling, their symbol.
What does one find at GILI’S? The pretty label has made bathing suits its specialty ! They have two different models: an elastic waist tightened by a colour cord, often flashy for surf and vitamin-filled look, and a more worked model with a buttoned belt (bathing suits cost between 95 and €130 depending on the model and the prints). The children’s line (between 35 and €55), available for boys and girls (with one-piece bathing suits, panties, bathing shorts and anti UV tops), reproduces the same motifs as Dad’s trunks to copy him.
The plus : the quality of products, with a light Spanish canvas that dries quickly to ensure style and comfort. You also find huge fruit-shaped instagirl buoys, the unique beach tents of the GILI’S x MIASUN collab, accessories (glasses, caps, wood games…), in short, everything you need to spend a magical summer!
We adore: the beach cabin style boutiques, dressed up with azulejos prints, are filled with souvenirs and accessories that have a monoï and sunny fragrance.
