After his first Bistrot Terroir Parisien at the Mutualité, super three-star chef Yannick Alléno (culinary hero of DO IT IN PARIS) is back in the culinary spotlight with a new dining room at very affordable prices right near the Bourse. Needless to say the most gourmet and fashion address of the Fall-Winter season is about to open its doors (november 2013).
For the occasion, our favorite agitator of delightful treats from the earthy Ile de France region is opening up inside the famous Palais Brongniart stock exchange with tasty Parisian specialties such as his Roger Beudaine omelet, a pâté en croute that is a real killer and a sweet delight: « Choupette » with sugar.
In short, Yannick Alléno is shaking all the vintage classics of the capital and its surroundings. Hooray for foodie chic and high heels.
