To celebrate its 4th anniversary, Frichti has decided to organize a crazy gourmet fiesta, the Frichti Food Party , to offer Parisians an evening under the sign of chill out and kif.
Scene of the crime ? The extraordinary terrace of the Rotonde Stalingrad and its brilliant bar, at the helm for distilling cocktails, small beers and a small fresh white wine.
On the program of delicacies: a large street food market , with the stands of all the suppliers and the dishes of the gourmet label. You can taste everything. Starting with the star recipes of Frichti Cantine: grilled beef a la plancha, feta watermelon salad, banoffee. Not to mention the super pavlova without homemade meringue.
Pastavino will settle down with his real pizza and his pasta cacio e peppe cooked directly from the parmesan wheel . Trois Fois Plus de Piment will offer its extraordinary ravioli .
Producers will also be direct from the festival: the pork charcuterie from Sept Monts brings out its fabulous sausages, the artisan Pascal Beillevaire has brought out the cream of the crop with his good cheeses .
