The announcement was like a tidal wave on the social networks. After Pantruche and Caillebotte, Franck Baranger, bistronomie prodigy, has just opened a 100% fish restaurant in SoPi with his team player Edouard Bobin.
Head out for Hôtel Amour, in the former main flagship, transformed by a magic wand into a d’un sea-food vessel by architecte Emilie Bonaventure (azulejos style mural fresco, wooden tables, vintage tableware).
Ready to cast off? Normandy sea snails and super fresh finger licking good muscles; ceviche of black sea bass-cucumber-yogurt with horseradish (11€) or risotto of calamari-celery-chorizo (12€) before catching in our nets their monkfish with almonds and black olives in a white wine sauce (26€). For seafood buffs, an XXL platter with ½ crab, 6 oysters, 3 langoustines, miniature sea snails, shrimp and large sea snails (35€/pers). Wash it down with a nice glass of white wine and a few mouthfuls of tasty chocolate ganache (9€).
Tops: the 14€ lunch formula with a choice between a fish or meat dish.
PS : Think of reserving.
Open Tuesday to Saturday from 12:30 to 2:30pm and from 7:30pm to 10:30pm.
