Behind this super ambitious project moored near Pont Alexandre III , three Parisian figures: Laurent Malvaldi (producer of M, Vanessa Paradis, Philippe Katerine, Stromae), restaurateur Laurent Segal (ex boss of Batofar and owner of Coude Fou in the Marais) and Mathieu Choplin, big boss of even marketing.
This incredible team has imagined 3 different places at the heart of this address: a top notch bistro favoured by all the foodies in the area, a stunning Winter rooftop with good sounds and fun happy hours (Wednesday to Saturday) and an ultra trendy club featuring wild happenings of the weekend...

We adore: La Table du Flow, under the helm of Joffrey Rembert, partner of Eric Fréchon, who worked at Lazare, the Bristol and Tour d’Argent. To be tested absolutely: perfectly cooked fish (monkfish with dates, mhhh !), duck breast with mashed potatoes…and vodka… Black Angus meat and pan fried cèpes mushrooms. Special kudos for the desserts of Camille Mouraud, the pastry chef who used to work with the brigade of Claire Heitzler at Lasserre; the die and go to heaven Mont Blanc or a “Fall garden” crumble of sweet carrots marinated with almonds
