And everyone can pick according to their tastes: the veggie Food Market of twigs, the already cult Taste of Paris for all the fans of star cuisine and Foodstock for carnivores. Start clicking? Taste of Paris

For whom? Fine gourmets who dream of discovering the signature dishes of the most prestigious Paris tables at the cost of a brasserie meal.

The concept: four days during which 20 top Parisian chefs will delocalize their kitchens under the iconic skylight of the Grand Palais. A dream occasion to taste their iconic dishes between 5€ and 12€, usually quasi inaccessible and other precious mouthfuls. And let’s not forget the two amazing wine bars, a Laurent-Perrier champagne bar, masterclasses by leading chefs and scores of stands by small carefully selected producers. In short, a not-to-be-missed democrachic event.

The chefs you will run into: Guy Savoy, Thierry Marx, Nicolas Beaumann, Sylvestre Wahid, Stéphanie Le Quellec, Frédéric Anton… a galaxy of stars. Young prodigies to follow such as Jérémie Izarn, the brilliant winner of Top Chef 2017, complete the panel.

When? From the 18th to the 21st of May 2017 with lunch sessions from 11am to 4pm, or dinner from 7pm to midnight. Adult discovery rate at 18€ without credit.

Foodstock

For whom? Fooding fans.

The concept: evenings teaming up chefs who are Fooding darlings and star musicians for starlit evenings by the fireplace, cocktail in hand. To celebrate its 10 year anniversary, Foodstock has anchored at Grand Rivage on the Docks with stars of the new French scene such as Isaac Delusion, Papooz and Cléa Vincent.

The chefs whom you will run into: meat loving maestros! Edward Delling-Williams (Le Grand Bain, 75020) and his signature Tofu Général Tao, Jeffrey Howard (Melt, 75011) and his Brisket & coleslaw bun, Frédéric Boucher (Gravity Bar, 75010) and his chili con carne, Thomas Brachet (Les Arlots, 75010) and his regressive love sausage with mashed potatoes. Kahorl Endo (Le Petit Keller, 75011) is in charge of dessert with ewe farmer cheese, An (red bean paste), red fruit and Matcha crumble.

The Food Market

For whom? Converted veggie girls and all those curious to discover a new fresh, without meat nor fish.

The concept: for an entire evening, the famous Food Market of Belleville will be morphing into a veggie version of street food, and is inviting all the pros to concoct their specialties on the street.

The chefs you will run into: François Pasteau, the no carbon chef of Epi Dupin, who will be preparing four hand recipes with Charlotte Desplaces from Agathe & Charlotte, a market specialist. More nibbles: the paninis of Pressing, trompe l’œil tofu recipes by Tien Hiang, the buddha bowls of So Nat, a veggie couscous and egg brick pancakes by Fatima Délices, les grilled corn on the cob with butter and the veggie burgers of Réfectoire, as well as Bulliz cream puffs...

When? Le no meat, no fish Food Market on Thursday the 4th of May onBoulevard de Belleville, from 6pm to 10:30pm between metros Couronnes and Ménilmontant. Free entrance will all dishes at less than 10 €. Next sessions on Thursday the 18th of May 2017, Thursday the 1st of June, Thursday the 15th of June, Thursday the 6th of July, Thursday the 20th of July.

Go to the Food Market twice a month in Paris, always on Thursday nights form 6pm to 10:30pm, between metros Ménilmontant and Couronnes.
