The pastas restaurant fellows in Paris

Did you love Maslow? You’re going to adore Fellows, the latest spot from Chef Mehdi Favri, who continues to excel in vegetarian cuisine. This time, he dedicates his menu to artisan fresh pasta. Located on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis in a neo-70’s decor, the atmosphere here is ultra-cool, the prices are low, and the pleasure is immense! Cos’altro?

A Pop and Relaxed Urban Eatery

The green facade of Fellows sets the tone from the start! As soon as you step inside, you’ll know you’ll be back. The decor, designed by Juliette Rubel (also behind Maslow), contrasts beautifully with a black and white checkerboard tile floor and a long brown marble bar. No reservations, no fuss—just settle in on leather banquettes, around the large stainless steel table, at the counter for a quick bite of pasta, or on the charming terrace. And here’s a surprise: the stunning basement, featuring the pasta lab, boasts a large marble table ideal for group feasts.

A Whole Philosophy

The trio behind Maslow GroupJulia Chican, Marine Ricklin, and Chef Mehdi Favri—is further cementing their commitment to responsible sourcing, anti-waste practices, and a “veggie & sexy” DNA with this new address. At Fellows, it’s all about pasta, made in-house with French agroecological flour. The pasta comes in various shapes and is highlighted by about ten delicious recipes with flavorful sauces that make them irresistible!

Making a Move

The day’s menu featured the Mafaldine with homemade harissa (€9), which immediately caught our eye, but we ultimately indulged in the Fettuccine with bottarga and lemon (€11) and the Ravioli with skyr, sheep’s tomme, spinach, lemon, and miso (€13). Verdict: we could eat these every day… As a bonus, the chef, determined to delight us, served us a “just to taste” plate of Pappardelle al ragù with a mushroom Bolognese simmered in red wine—wow (€13). While the Fellows menu declares its love for pasta, it also offers a delightful selection of small plates. The standout: a beet carpaccio topped with yellow lemon, orange, and smoked chili gel, and homemade Dukkah (€6). And don’t miss the focaccia with herb butter & bottarga egg yolk—simply enchanting (€7)!

Encore and More!

With room for dessert, we couldn’t resist the chocolate Rocher with hazelnut praline (€9). For a fruity delight, go for the feather-light Sponge cake with fresh strawberries (€8). As for drinks, natural and organic wines, craft beers, and delightful cocktails—like the adorable Fiou-Fiou mixing vodka infusion clarified with soy milk (€12)—complete the experience.

Open daily from Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 3 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 12 PM to 10:30 PM.
