BAB aka the burger bar, is signed Gregory Cohen and Abdel Alaoui, who really hit the bull’s eye with just the kind of New-York decor we love. If we had to choose one thing that other places don't offer and that BAB does, that would be the buns with a big B on it, thrown your way with delicious crispy fries. An address that we value so much, it hit our top 5 for the best burgers in Paris.
On the menu, ladies and gents, an amazing brunch for 26 euros : scones, brioches, breads, Bordier butter (the butter used by star chefs) and jam + eggs just how you like them + the Chef’s Burger (according to inspiration and the market) + a choice of homemade pastries: lemon pie,carrot cake, or cheesecake. Add to that a delicious fresh fruit juice, coffee or tea. You cannot possibly regret going to BAB, it is a must-go in the French capitale !
