Alain Ducasse goes Italian! The godfather of the furnaces transformed the Maison de la Mutualité into a wildly baroque transalpine dining room: Ferrari red bench , knitted charcuterie in suspension, XXL portrait of Catherine de Medici . His young foal Matteo Lorenzini (ex Hôtel de Paris in Monaco ) provides the accent and the dishes.
To be tested: Mantua squash ravioli, ricotta and black truffle (€ 14), rapli and poutargue top tagliolini (€ 24) and fondant beef and peasant bacon paccheri, absolutely dingo (€ 18). Also cool, the pizzas to share (6 €) and the frozen lemon of our childhood (8 €).
