Ingredients

Preparation and cooking time: 30 min

For 2 servings.

  • 2 cod fillets
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 100g panko breadcrumbs
  • Frying oil
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper

For the sauce:

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt, pepper

For the marinade:

  • 1 tbsp fish marinade or 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
 

PREPARATION

Cut the fish into sticks, add the marinade and a drizzle of oil, then season.
Mix all the sauce ingredients until smooth.
Coat the fish in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs before frying it in a pan with hot oil for 5 minutes or baking it in the oven at 190°C (375°F) for 15 minutes. Now, it's ready to enjoy.
