The place: set up in Belleville in a very local “ concrete-Scandinavian ” staging , this little nugget clearly claims its regional slow-food culture and its passion for its supplier producers, AB or biodynamic with in addition a cider cellar , super sharp local beer and whiskey .
The signature: here, we sublimate the traditions. Concretely: the galette-sausage from Ille et Vilaine (€ 8.50), the complete with andouille de Guéménée or mushrooms (€ 9.10). For dessert: the Kouign , a pancake with Bigoudène sauce, is a sensation, especially with salted butter caramel or flambéed apples with Grand Marnier .
The plus: the Kouign Burger served only on Saturday evening (15 €) prepared with a Kouign bread. Addictive !
Open for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Saturday, and only for lunch on Sunday and Tuesday.
