Get to your ovens, this Sunday is restaurant day! For those who are not aware of it, this original concept imported from Finland consists in opening your own restaurant for just one day.
The idea ? Whipping up your specialties and having as many people over as possible in your flat, in your garden, in the back of your car, or in another atypical venue.
For the occasion, the team of the Finnish Institute makes us discover « laskiaispulla », these little brioches stuffed with whipped cream and jam or marzipan (2,50 €) that the Scandinavians enjoy savoring at Mardi Gras, with a nice hot chocolate or tea (1,50 €).
