10 simple and quick tips for gorgeous hair

1. For healthy hair, daily brushing is essential. It stimulates blood circulation, promoting growth. Brush your scalp and lengths gently to distribute the natural oils that nourish your hair. I recommend using a natural bristle brush, like the ALTESSE-STUDIO care brush, which is gentle and effective without damaging the hair.

2. Sleeping on a silk pillowcase can work wonders. It reduces friction, the main cause of breakage and frizz, and it’s also great for the skin.

3. To minimize breakage, use silk hair ties instead of traditional elastics or clips that can pull and damage your hair.

4. Before washing your hair, it’s advisable to apply oil to the lengths and ends. This practice not only nourishes your hair but also plays a key role in protecting the hair fiber. The oil creates a protective film that limits excessive water absorption during washing.
