Close your eyes and imagine. A good smell of coffee diffuses everywhere in a cozy decor. We hear the percos rumbling. Beautiful granolas parade between the tables, the maxi slices of cakes are eaten with a fork.
Inspired by the London and New York addresses that made us fantasize in the series (hello , Central Perk ), these Parisian coffee shops made us want to stay there for hours. That's what we did.
CAFÉ KITSUNÉ VERBOIS

Why we love it: Just in time for the upcoming fashion weeks, Café Kitsuné on Rue du Vertbois embodies the decor elements of a true Parisian brasserie... with a Japanese twist. Think large white and matcha green tiles, a highly kawaii Barista Fox icon, and cane chairs for a look that you'll definitely want to capture on Instagram.
What we love to order: Let's focus on some limited editions, like the 3 Layers Matcha with coconut milk (the whipped matcha cream on top is a delight), a Strawberry and Matcha Cream Sando, and a coconut-matcha madeleine (€4.50). A serene space bathed in milky white and raw materials, Kapé features a star-shaped round table in the center topped with a monumental chandelier with small petal-shaped lamps. Led by two thirty-something friends, Kapé brings to life their common desire to introduce Parisians to the treasures of Filipino cuisine and its addictive flavors.

The district: Pelleport-Gambetta.
Why we love it: Because it's hot! Bathed in light, this place is a sweet mix between an English pub, a New York café and a French bistro. Congratulations to the designers of Cocorico Paris and to Daniel the smart owner, who landed in Paris from his native England with a dream of a place come true. Lulled all day long by a jazzy soundtrack , The Dancing Goat sets an ultra cool atmosphere. By far the best spot in the area to go to rest or work with your computer.
