We have good news for gourmet Parisiennes who are spending the Summer in Paris. You can (finally!) test you luck and come sit at Clover, the marvelous small dining room of Jean François Piège and his divine alter ego Elodie, since they will be open all of August, a rare occurrence in the “foodie universe”
Totally booked since its opening in December, it was (very) difficult to snatch a reservation at this new star address. Normal with such slim prices (30€ at lunch, 58€ in the evening ) for high flying eats and an enchanting setting, hard to resist the temptation.
On the program: a daily menu concocted with the very best seasonal products. Imagine for example a lunch around 4 amazing dishes (30€) like a frosty cucumber and herring juice, black cherries, verbena ice cream, almond shortbread and vanilla emulsion.
In the evening, the Piège team plays a more gastronomic card with 2 menus at 58€ and 73€. A real culinary happening as we all dream of.
Tops: a simple way to taste the cuisine of the great Piège before attempting the adventure in his “Grand Restaurant” of the 8th, a highly awaited upcoming culinary event.
