All the upscale Parisiennes were already regulars of Claus, rue Jean Jacques Rousseau, across from Louboutin. The socialite breakfast expert is back on the Saint Germain market place with a brand new address conceived like an ultra couture Viennese café.
Here Claus reinterprets on a particularly contemporary sacle the kaffeehaus, the wonderful German brunch, served all day long and all during the week, featuring ultra-sourced products (Terres de Café, Ferme de Mont Saint-Père, Pralus la Mère Mimosa...)
Fluffy cakes, healthy drinks and nibbles, everyone can live up to their gourmet whims: granola (8,30€), rostis with marinated salmon fresh cream with aniseed (16€), detox juice with spiruline, ginge rtiger coconut milk or cocktail with champagne, café latte, veggie and stracciatella (12,50€), lassi of red fruit and raw cocoa (6€), scrambled, poachad, organic eggs served on toast, mushrooms...(5,50€)
And let’s not forget the stat pastries in the window: scones with figs (7,90€), cinnamon brioche with nuts (4,50€), no gluten lemon cake (4,30€). Other option : the breakfast formula from 8am to 2pm at €18.50.
The added plus : a bright and ultra-sophisticated decor signed Fabrizio Casiraghi and service worthy of a palace. In short : the perfect experience when you are looking for luxury and soft chic.
