Remove the crust from the Raclette and cut the cheese in piece of about 3cm to form marbles in the palm of your hand.
In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, the minced lemon, as well as the thyme.
Salt and pepper.
With a kitchen brush, baste with oil the first marble of Raclette then roll it in the breadcrumbs. Renew the operation with all the cheese marbles then set aside at room temperature in a plate.
Pan heat at average flame in a little olive oil, then cook your Raclette marbles and grill slightly each side, then spike with colorful sticks and serve warm.
