And two! After rue Daniel Casanova, Café Nuances exports its sweet beverages to the heart of the left bank. Planted opposite the Théâtre du Vieux-Colombier, this hot spot with a disco ball atmosphere serves up a crazy good specialty coffee. Go!
A flashy spot
Even if it is in pocket format, you only see it on the street. The Uchronia design studio, already at the réal' of the first Café Nuances , has done it again in the psychedelic mood, sending color everywhere. Mirror mosaic, mandarin lacquer and fluorescent rainbow ceiling enliven this XS space.
A joyful scenography, vibrant with good sound, tempered by the wise steel of the counter which is extended by a small window where pastries with American-Japanese influences are lined up .
The art of coffee
King of the place, coffee offers itself here to the most discerning palates in all its variations. From traditional espresso (€2.50) to cappuccino (€4.50) and latte (€5.50) with the option of cow's milk or vegetable milk . But also and above all, original recipes that are super delicate in the flavors and beautiful to send in stories .
Our favorite? The girly Rose Latte with round, floral notes sprinkled with edible petals (€6.50). The most gourmet: the Honey Cinnamon Latte with chestnut honey, a real pastry to drink! (€6.50). And if you like orangettes from the chocolatier and a chocolate-citrus combination , then go for the Orange Mocha (€6.50).
