Brunch Foucade

We already knew Foucade, the gluten-free pasty shop on rue Duphot, totally avant-garde with its vegan cakes, launched by Marjorie Foucade... This visionary Parisienne has just opened a new house on Rue de Bretagne… You are at the heart of the cutest gluten-free tea salon of the Marais.

Tartelette myrtilles et mures

Having a sweet tooth is not a sin! Here one finds all the gluten and lactose-free best-sellers on the repertoire of pastry chef Saori Odoi: opera, lemon tart, éclairs... Needless to say that all the twigs in the area meet here to come sip a cup of tea and indulge in their whims without feeling guilty, during the afternoon, as well as for a great brunch on the weekend.

On the programme of treats

Patisseries noix, noisettes, graines

Everything is made without lactose or gluten. Even vegans will be able to find what they crave—just ask.

First option: the healthy version (€28) with a basket of cakes and madeleines or perfect granola, juice, matcha, latte, tea, coffee, and a choice between tartine, quiche or a plate of pancakes.

For the most gourmet: the second option is sure to please sweet fans. The same with an additional 2 small pastries or one big. (€32)

The added plus

For once, there is finally a brunch in the Marais that is served both Saturday and Sunday.

Vitrine de la patisserie Foucade

The added plus? The possibility to taking home an array of small vegan and gluten-free biscuits made with almond powder, raw cocoa, coconut, golden or black sesame. A real killer.

Brunch on Saturday and Sunday without reservation.
