On the meat-lovers programme

When you have a supply of such amazing meats, impossible not to offer a meat-driven brunch, inspired by South American menus. Here there are no “ready-made formulas”—everything is 100 % à la carte.

Special kudos for the Rancheros eggs sunny-side-up on a tortilla (€18), the Chimichurri burger with a well-marinated beef (€25) and the Angus Tacos with guacamole to share (€17). For dessert, banana French toast, ice cream and dulce de leche, all impose a religious silence ( €14). And for drinks, a velvety smoothie (€9 ) or a spicy Bloody Mary( €14 ).

We enjoy discovering the chic Art déco decor of such a couture bistro, which is launching into a brunch. And what a brunch! Our mouths are already watering in anticipation...


Brunch served on Saturday and Sunday from noon to 3pm. Reservation highly suggested.
