However you still need to tame the sewing machine and learn how to decode a pattern. Claire and Bérangère, two confirmed seamstresses with incredible patience share their know-how at Brin de Cousettes. The workshops are organized by levels: from beginner (3h initiation courses, 55€) to more expert techniques once the basics have been acquired (having fun in 2h30, 46€).
Result? You go home with the piece of clothing or the object customized then and there (scarves, tote-bag, cushion cover, trapeze skirt, jersey blouse …). No worries, all the equipment is supplied for free.
