Where to have brunch in Paris? Do It In Paris gives you its best addresses and nuggets for a real feast every weekend.
Somewhere
The place: a stone's throw from the Folies Bergère , “ Somewhere ” reigns a very cozy Nemo-compatible atmosphere, designed to immerse guests in the abyss of the ocean with blue-black walls, QR codes on shells and velvet armchairs as colorful as a coral reef. This is the statement that Florian Barbarot , star candidate of Top Chef 10 , wanted for his very first restaurant . Objectives: the star, and to perpetuate this new brunch concept as sexy as its thousand tattoos.
On the program of delicacies: perfect little marine bites distributed in the idea of planks on pretty black plates. First the sweet, homemade from start to finish: pastries , homemade yogurts with meadowsweet, pear jam , unlimited hot drinks, jasmine iced tea, fresh juice... Then comes the resistance with saithe gravlax (its trimmings are used to make fish charcuterie), crispy prawns with a spicy sauce, croque haddock, salmon waffles, and the veggie options French toast confit onion, sesame hummus, fondant potatoes…. choose from three formulas.
The added plus: the small-format viennoiseries by Norman pastry chef Pierre-Henry Lecompte , ideally buttered and crispy, worthy of the best palaces. Special mention for its totally addictive vanilla focaccia.
Brunch served on Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., three formulas at €39, €46 and €52 depending on the plates chosen
