The spotlight is on chicken, with two signature dishes: charcoal-grilled spicy chicken with seasonal veggies and rice (€48 for 2 people) and soy-roasted chicken with garlic rice (€54 for 2). Don't miss the osso bucco in soy sauce (€38) or the oyster dumplings with tofu and citrus soy (€16 for 4 pieces). End with a comforting soy paste crème brûlée (€9) or a delicate chestnut sesame mochi (€7).
