Our Favorite Spots in the Sentier-Montorgueil Neighborhood

By day and by night, the heart of Paris beats louder. With its charming cobblestone streets, the Sentier-Montorgueil district, once known for its textile industry, has evolved, attracting a wave of startups and young entrepreneurs. Gourmet shops, trendy boutiques, bustling bars, and coveted tables reflect its zest for life and smart vibes. We love it, we adore it!

Rem’s Coffee Shop

This coffee shop, nestled in the calm of rue de Mulhouse, has everything to please. Gorgeous like a dream with its terrazzo floors, designer lighting, wooden counter, and colorful little tables, this delightful spot celebrates a certain Parisian way of life. Rémy, the host, alongside his inseparable bulldog Albert, has perfected every detail to offer guests a high-quality experience. The coffee, sourced from the Loutsa roastery, comes in a variety of recipes, from the simple espresso (3.30 €) to the cappuccino (5.50 €), to the impeccable iced latte (6 €). On the menu, there’s also a devilishly delicious matcha chocolate (6 €) and an ultra-reconforting yuzu/honey drink (5 €). Pair it with a small sandwich from Tranché (9 €) or divine madeleines from Comptoir de Madeleine (3.50 €). We’re hooked on the Puppuccino, a homemade drink reserved for our four-legged friends who are, of course, always welcome at this adorable spot.

To accompany them, the dishes by chef Eviatar Primat delight with gentle flavors: mushroom hummus (16 €), falafel-style fried egg (16 €), scallops (20 €)... and the unforgettable Challah Pudding dessert, simply breathtaking.

The mini Diviluz bag (350 €) is a must-have! We also love the perfectly cut sweaters (around 150 €) and the stunning biker jacket (595 €). La petite maison de thé

Don’t be fooled, you’re here in a wellness space dedicated to massages! After its first location in the 10th arrondissement, the owner has opened a second one in the heart of the Sentier on the vibrant rue Poissonnière. The menu? Massages combining Chinese and Thai techniques provided by Tibetan staff. The difference? No set menu—here, massages are customized based on your body’s needs and your physical structure. Six peaceful treatment rooms downstairs, beautifully decorated, quiet, and a relaxation area to sip tea after your treatment. The great deal? On Saturdays and Sundays between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM, a one-hour massage drops to 45 € (instead of 55 €).
