Good news! Bénabar is on stage with his first play, « Je vous écoute », a delicious vaudeville revisited as we like them, staged by the brilliant Isabelle Nanty.
The pitch? The story of a high-strung forty-old- who has just been ditched and decides to find a culprit no matter what! And naturally, he shows up at his wife’s shrink to get even.
An « explosive » and imaginative encounter between Pascal Demolon, who interprets a very angry kitchen designer, an Bénébar in the role of a claustrophobic psychiatrist, until Zoé Félix steps on the stage for her weekly session …
We adore: a very clever and funny play, perfectly set up by Isabelle Nanty who pinpoints with brio our prejudices on the lower middle class... (and shrinks) !
