You are neither model, nor socialite, even less Anna Wintour, but you are going to be invited to discover, just like them, the most precious secrets of the oldest Parisian couture house.
It’s taking place at the Maison Européenne de la Photographie, featuring a « hot couture » exhibition on thebackstage of Maison Lanvin.
At the helm, Alber Elbaz, the clever Artistic Director, who accepted to unveil his creative process named the "Lanvin Manifesto".
From his sketches showcased on the walls in XXL format to the images of the final show, including the dressmaking, fittings and alterations, the exhibition is like a moodboard of his collections.
And most of the images were taken on the spot. A very rare immersion in a universe known for its great discretion.
Also discover the dream wardrobe of Parisians with the new designers to follow.
Alber Elbaz / Lanvin. Manifeste, until the 31st of October 2015. Wednesday to Sunday from 11am to 8pm.
Full rate 8€.
