Ready to experience something incredible? Head to Aura and let yourself be swept away by the magic of "Dessert Dining." Aurora Storari, pastry chef at the Michelin-starred Hémicycle Restaurant, which also won the 2024 Passion Dessert Award from the Michelin Guide, has taken over the first floor of the restaurant to offer a select group of guests a signature tasting menu that seamlessly blends pastry and cuisine into a symphony of expertly crafted plates. Here's the scoop!

An Intimate Counter

Nestled on the Left Bank just steps from the Assemblée Nationale, Hémicycle Restaurant (part of the Eclore Group led by Stéphane Manigold) surprises and gently revolutionizes the dining scene by opening Aura within the same establishment. At the helm, you’ll find pastry chef Aurora Storari, who works in tandem—and in a couple—with chef Flavio Lucarini. Just a few steps up, she unveils her brilliance around an elegant counter reserved for just 7 lucky diners, offering an inventive menu where pastry is approached with the same precision as haute cuisine.

The Aura Revolution

Breaking down boundaries and offering a fresh perspective on cuisine by playing with ingredients and techniques in a modern style—that’s the mantra of the brilliant pastry chef Aurora Storari. This young Italian, with an impressive résumé (Mirazur, Le Clarence), honed her skills from Rome to Paris, with stops in Belgium and the UK. Originally aiming for a career in savory cooking, Aurora eventually found her true calling in pastry. In 2024, her vast creativity shines in a menu where sweet subtly mingles with savory. Ave Aura!
