Arty performances along the Seine

Arty

Not as popular until now as spray paint graffiti, tape art is about to shake up the streets of Paris. This street-art technique consists in creating graphic shapes using ultra flashy scotch tape. In short life size masking.

Friday 12 September, three XXL works will be created live by EPSAA stuents (Ecole Professionnelle Supérieure d’Art graphiques et d’Architecture) along the Seine embankments. The ground and the containers installed between the Concorde bridge and the Invalides bridge and between the Invalides bridge and the Alma bridge will be used as canvases by these budding artists.

We like: ephemeral art visible for about three weeks depending on the ups and downs of the weather

Tape Art from 12 September to 3 October 2014 along the Seine embankments.
