An ephemeral pastry puff bar

It’s signed Philippe Conticini ! Just looking at his Paris-Brest creates hysteria, so just imagine the effect of his darling signed pastry puffs.

The riot will be taking place at the DS World Paris space, on rue François Ier, where the magician of Pâtisserie des Rêves is setting up his ephemeral pastry puff bar on Saturdays 5, 12 and 19 April.

Take your pick between two pastry puffs specially created for this new place dedicated to the cult über French car, that inspired his recipes. The DS puff, filled on the spot with vanilla and ginger rice pudding, and the crispy puffy-chock, our « darling» with its heart of cocoa flower of salt, a «  craquounet craquouillant » crispy delight according to Conticini himself…

We like: daring, refinement and the French touch a motto shared by the pastry chef and the mythical Citroën roadster.

The must ? The recipes of these divine mouthfuls will be unveiled in September in a book dedicated to the pastry puff.
