We have good news for twigs who listen to « gluten-free » sirens, here is the first authentic and divine Italian trattoria that plays the no-gluten card, a very complicated venture when it comes to mamma’s cuisine.
The rendezvous is taken in a small street of the Marais where is hidden this old picturesque trattoria, taken over by Nello and Angelo, the two founders of the Italian brand Eat Gluten Free and Pasta Di Angelo. You are directly transported to Naples for an Italian luncheon!
In the gluten free category, we go for the no gluten double leaf ricotta spinach raviolis (15€). Another must: the organic pure juice smoothie kiwi juice (3€) and the gourmet Italian coffee (7€) with amaretti morbidi, and an amazing sfogliatella.
We also adore: pancetta, coppa, scamorza, pecorino… Here, all the products are delicious and fresh, making us feel as though we were on holidays. A far-flung adventure!
Tops: for no gluten and lactose addicts, just cross the street to walk into the healthy paradise by the same owner, the Eat Gluten Free boutique and to pick 100% no gluten Italian products: pasta, parmesan, cakes, charcuterie…!
