Of course such a setting was necessary to celebrate the launch of the fabulous Athletics 36H jacket, the new cult piece signed Adidas for sports fans, to be worn… before and after working out.
The concept? An entire day of courses with all the gurus of boxing, but also the hottest combat sports of the moment !
So just choose the session that makes you vibrate most… starting wit 3 to 5 minutes in the ring with all the coaches...
- Box Like An Athlete: a high intensity training mixing boxing and cardio, coached by Angélique Pitiot, world champion of de Thai boxing.
- Kill Bill or Boost Her: two sessions to liberate the badass sleeping inside you, inspired by the self-defence techniques of Krav Maga...
- Million Dollar Baby: an ultra complete session mixing charged exercises according to body weight, and muscular toning in timed sequences.
- Cardio boxing : 1h flat of cardio mixing boxing techniques of feet/fists to the tune of on fire playlists ! A course led by Clélia, Marie & Jess…
