The exhibition gathering all the top designers

Expo Ad

Thierry Lemaire, Fabrizio Casiraghi, Humbert & Poyet, Laura Gonzalez: all the top designers from around the world are gathered at AD Intérieurs.

Like each year, pegged to the Maison & Objet fair and the Biennale de Paris, AD magazine signs the most coveted “Haute Décoration” exhibition of the new Fall season, showcasing the top names of design. The rendezvous will be taking place in the Marais at the heart of the amazing private mansion, Hôtel de Coulanges, under renovation and soon to be the new hub of Parisian fashion and creation.

The concept: each guest interior architect is entrusted with the scenography of a room to be lived in— this year around the theme “Métamorphoses— surrounded by the best crafts persons with true know-how in order to create this environment. Challenges to be met with brio. Pure delight!

A bathroom designed by the festen studio of the duo Charlotte de Tonnac and Hugo Sauzay

Not a single name is missing on the programming. Check it out:

Festen, the studio that regroups the duo Charlotte de Tonnac and Hugo Sauzay, at the origin of Hôtel des Roches Rouges, imagined a totally fanciful bathroom-salon somewhere between a Japanese bath, a powder room and a resting space…

La Galerie des Heures, created by Italian designer Fabrizio Casiraghi for the jewellery house Piaget. A setting that highlights the imaginary office of Monsieur Piaget, a place of reflection, both hybrid and intimate…

A bar car with an Orient-Express decoration by Tristan Auer

Tristan Auer, former collaborator of Christian Liaigre and Philippe Starck, creates the buzz with his wagon-bar, symbol of the Orient-Express’s renaissance, where he presents a  Lalique carpet along with 1920’s armchairs borrowed from the famous train.

The room of reflections, entrusted to Thierry Lemaire, brings to mind sassy moments like in a 1970s bachelor pad, with a structure of ceiling mirrors and chromes as well as a geometric paving in grey marble on the ground, inspired by a Milanese interior dating back to the 50s. Scorsese could not have imagined a better decor. Devilishly glamourous.

To be noted also: the splendid summer pergola of Laura Gonzalez and the very Belle Époque winter garden of Pierre Gonalons.
