To say no to skin that pulls!
The recipe
- 1 table spoon of plain yogurt
- 1 table spoon of wheat germ
- 1 tea spoon of honey
- 2 table spoon of wheat flour
- Rose or neroli water (orange blossom)
Other options:
- For mixed to oil skins: 1 drop of tea tree EO + 1 drop of lavender EO
- For dry and sensitive skin: 1 drop of roman camomilla EO+ 1 drop of Damas rose EO
Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl. Apply the mask in a thick layer on the face, neck and cleavage. Massage during a few seconds to optimize its penetration. Leave on for 10 minutes. Eliminate the mask with warm water and then finalize the treatment with a spray of rose floral water for mixed skins and orange blossom for dry and sensitive skins.
The effects
Yogurt, wheatgerm oil, honey: all nourishing ingredients that leave the skin soft! The flour enables to thicken the mask so that it’s easier to use, so don’t hesitate to add more if need be. If you don’t have olive oil, any other « table oil » (colza, sun flower, sesame…) can also be used.
