Let’s admit it, not a quarter goes by without a new luxury boutique hotel opening in Paris. Often nestled in upscale neighborhoods, they sometimes successfully reinvent the genre. Discreet cocoon, precious gem, here are five of the most stylish addresses in the capital.
Maison Albar Le Pont-Neuf
The Maison Albar Hotels group has a flair for selecting prime locations for its properties. This boutique hotel in Paris, a member of Leading Hotels of the World and Hôtels & Préférence, is no exception: nestled between Les Halles and La Samaritaine, steps away from the Louvre, this beautiful historic mansion immediately captivates. Its contemporary decor was designed by Alexandre Danan and Atelier COS Architecture. 60 rooms and suites, spacious areas ranging from 23 to 33 sqm, and that little Art Deco touch expressed through brass and velvet accents, wood, and leather. Soft tones, noble materials: the overall ambiance is furiously chic and Parisian.
In honor of her grandmother, Céline Falco, the owner, named the restaurant Odette. A cozy bistro with wavy patterns on the walls and beige tones on the banquettes. A bistro where women are at the forefront: the menu, awarded a Michelin Plate, was created by Caroline and Sophie Rostang and executed by chef Rémi Hénaux.
The extra touch: A hammam, whirlpool, sensory shower, and indoor pool—everything is in place for a spa where you can melt away under treatments signed by Cinq Mondes or Holidermie.

Hôtel du Rond-Point des Champs-Élysées
An Art Deco facade and an elegant canopy for a building erected in the mid-18th century, nestled on a quiet street just steps from the Champs-Élysées: managed by the Esprit de France group, this 5-star hotel has been completely redesigned by the Parisian firm Artefak and the Milan-based agency Dimorestudio. The result? Subtle nods to the Roaring Twenties are conveyed through forest green velvet and a marble floor in the lobby, brass touches, restrained graphics, and whimsical patterns on the bed bases in the 36 rooms.
No restaurant – the neighborhood offers some exciting dining discoveries – but one of the most beautiful underground pools in Paris (13 m long!), along with a hammam for a pleasant moment of relaxation.
The extra touch: We have a soft spot for the Parisian Suite on the 8th floor, dressed in soft pink and water green, offering a coveted view of the Eiffel Tower and the Sacré-Cœur.

Château Voltaire
It was Thierry Gillier himself, the creator of the Zadig & Voltaire brand, who decided to dedicate his former offices to an exclusive but unpretentious address, close to the Opéra, in a peaceful setting. Three 17th and 18th-century buildings now house this 5-star hotel, meticulously designed by the renowned architect duo Festen - Charlotte de Tonnac and Hugo Sauzay - alongside artistic director Franck Durand. There’s no lobby, deemed too impersonal, but instead a cozy lounge with mismatched sofas and armchairs, creating a welcoming space for check-in. Each of the 31 rooms boasts its unique ambiance, blending timeless style with modern touches.
Just like Emil, the restaurant, with a brasserie atmosphere that surprises the palate with its menu, flying from the Mediterranean to Asia. Later in the evening, make sure to slip into La Coquille d’Or, a bar styled like a speakeasy and English club.
The extra touch: For some private relaxation, head down to the vaulted basement to enjoy a sauna and a pool that can be privatized.

Château des Fleurs
No flowers at this faux château, but a real gem by Bertrand Hospitality, just steps from the Champs-Élysées. This former property, famous for the wild parties hosted by its 19th-century owner Victor Mabille, has been reimagined by the designers of the Spanish firm Quintana Partners. They’ve greened the balconies, installed a stunning Murano glass chandelier, and added touches of velvet here, marble there, and elsewhere, rich Persian rugs and even copper on the fireplace. In the 37 rooms, bathroom handles are chrome, light switches porcelain, and vintage furniture blends perfectly with a palette of beige, brown, and red. The result is warm, soothing, and delightfully joyful.
At the restaurant, the hotel serves a simple but effective menu: organic omelette or eggs benedict, creamy burrata, seasonal vegetable soup, burgers, club sandwiches, or a croque-monsieur with Comté and black truffle. Finally, the spa beckons with its pool, sauna, and fitness corner, offering treatments by Omnisens.
The extra touch: The corner Junior Suites with a bathtub in the room, perfect for a romantic getaway!

Monsieur George Hôtel & Spa - Champs-Élysées
George takes its name from Washington, the first American president, and the street where this Haussmannian building stands. From the moment you enter, you’re struck by the intimate, cozy atmosphere with a slight Art Deco scent, designed by interior architect Anouska Hempel. Spread across six floors, this 5-star hotel from Chapitre Six offers only 45 keys; some, like the attic suites, offer views of the Eiffel Tower, while others open onto a private patio. Soft lighting and antiqued mirrors, plays on transparency to enhance the depth of the dark hues, glossy velvets, and gold fixtures—this is a luxurious and irresistibly chic world.
At Galanga Restaurant, chef Thomas Danigo dares to offer a relaxed Michelin-starred cuisine, inspired by his extensive travels, while the more classic but undeniably fresh bistronomy menu takes center stage. After a day of exploring, indulge in a break in the building’s former cellars: Le Tigre, a famous yoga club in Paris, has taken residence here, along with a hammam with black and white mosaics and a Japanese sauna. For a DAY+ RENEW massage, retreat to the intimate stone-walled treatment room.
The extra touch: End your evening at the bar, sipping one of the signature cocktails, nearly as botanical as the décor.
