For a picnic, an aperitif or even a dinner, this chicken and olive pie will have everyone agree.

For 6 persons

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th. 6).

Place the dough in a 28 cm diameter pie dish and set aside in the refrigerator.

Cut the chicken fillets into pieces , which you have previously cooked.

In a bowl, incorporate the chicken fillets , olives , chopped tarragon and chopped mozzarella . Season and mix. Incorporate the eggs and cream . Mix and pour everything over the pie shell.

Place your chicken breast pie in the oven for 40 minutes .
