It is one of the star burgers in Paris . The legendary Roger la Grenouille bistro has developed a frog burger. We tell you how to reproduce to perfection this furiously French kif!

PREPARATION:
Bone 6 frog legs and roughly mash them.
Season them with salt , pepper , 1 tbsp. to s. of chopped herbs and a chopped shallot.
Form a steak .
Prepare the breadcrumbs . Beat an egg . Dip the steak in it before dipping it in breadcrumbs. Fry it for 3 minutes on each side.
Prepare the sauce by mixing 1 tbsp. mayonnaise with 1 c. of Savora, 1 tsp. tablespoons of chopped herbs and a little chopped red onion .
Spread half a bun with the sauce . Top with a slice of yellow tomato , the frog steak , arugula and red onion strips .
Drizzle with olive oil and seal the burger.
